Kensington is the first development within the Blairmore Sector and is located west of Confederation Park and Pacific Heights neighborhoods, and north of 22nd Street West.
It was designed to be an attractive walkable neighborhood allowing residents convenient access to schools, services, recreation, and transit. The design not only takes into consideration the neighborhood boundaries but its integration with the Confederation Park and Pacific Heights neighborhoods, and the Blairmore Suburban Centre, providing convenient access to neighborhood services and amenities.
A variety of housing choices surround the linear and pocket parks, Village Centre, and pond areas, giving Kensington its own community feel.
The Land Branch’s first lot draw (for the first phase of lots in the Kensington Neighbourhood) is anticipated for May/June 2013.
